The client wanted to convert part of an empty aircraft hangar into a private members' club for pilots while retaining most of the space for aircraft storage. The brief included offices, a members' lounge, training room, private call booths, a bar, coffee area, and viewing spaces overlooking the planes, all within a limited footprint.

Selekt Design developed a multi-level layout that maximised the available space. A mezzanine lounge and training area were positioned above offices, while glazed partitions provided privacy, reduced noise, and maintained views of the aircraft. The bar, visitor information point, and meeting spaces were carefully zoned to create a premium member experience.
