TURNING A PLAIN NEW BUILD INTO A BOUTIQUE RETREAT
CLIENT BRIEF & REQUIREMENTS
The client wanted to transform a plain new-build bedroom into a calm, boutique hotel-inspired retreat using soft pale blue tones, natural wood textures, and layered lighting. One of the biggest challenges was visualising how the colour palette, wall detailing, and large window area would work together in the space before committing.

Through realistic 3D visuals, Selekt Design helped the client confidently understand the atmosphere, proportions, and styling of the room before any furniture was ordered. We also prepared a detailed furniture and styling list, allowing the client to simply source the recommended pieces and recreate the design with ease. To ensure the room felt beautiful at all times of day, we presented both daylight and evening visualisations, helping the client fully experience the mood and lighting before implementation.
